Team Autism
Are there to help autistic adults with autism as their main support need, we can also provide help and advice to families of autistic adults.

Autus Cumbria
Supports autistic children and adults by offering social opportunities, support, training and advocacy. A small not-for-profit organisation offering a helping hand, friendly face and support for autistic people and their family, friends and colleagues.

Triple-A
Is an autism charity working across Cumbria. It was set up as a charity in 2016 as a response to a perceived ‘360 degree’ vulnerability within the autism community in Cumbria, and to provide better support among autistic adults living in Cumbria. 

SHINE for Autism
Is a community led charity driven by dedicated local parents, carers and professionals.  Their main aim is to create an autism friendly community by developing knowledge and understanding of autism, leading to unconditional acceptance and integration in the community.

Clinical Partners: Autism Unlocked
Expert advice from autistic individuals and leading clinicians. A dedicated space for autistic people and their families to hear unique insights and guidance on a range of issues. Hear from autistic people with real experiences and learn tested strategies from leading clinicians.  

Owl Blue
Professional advice and guidance that will enable you to confidently self-help and understand those around you with hidden disabilities. Owl Blue is a not-for-profit organisation, based in West Cumbria.  

Owl Blue work with the families of people with hidden disabilities and those who share their lives. These hidden disabilities include autism and co-occurring conditions such as learning disabilities and mental health problems, PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance), attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and the Deaf.  

Cumbria Autism Support
Cumbria Autism Support was created to offer support to adults with Autism as well as their families and carers. Whilst they are based in Carlisle, Cumbria anyone is welcome to contact them and attend our meetings.

National Autistic Society (NAS)
Are a leading charity for autistic people and their families of all ages. NAS have been providing support, guidance and advice about autism since 1962. There website provides a vast amount of information about all aspects of autism, including an autism services directory. 

Autistica
Are a leading autism research and campaigning charity. Their mission is to create breakthroughs that enable all autistic people to live happier, healthier, longer lives. They do this by funding research, shaping policy and working with autistic people to make more of a difference.
