Policies (deaf and hearing)
Maintained schools, academies, free schools, pupil referral units, non-maintained special schools, independent schools, sixth-form colleges, further education colleges all have a legal duty to provide a range of policies.
Policies that may be of particular interest with regard to Deaf children might be:
- Special educational needs policy
- Health and safety policy
- Admissions policy
- Accessibility plan
