The dynamic support register (DSR)

The Dynamic support register (DSR) brings together people who support children, young people, and adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. It is there to make sure that they and the people who care for them get the right support at the right time.

Health

There are a range of health services available for children and young people aged 0 to 25 years based on the individual's health needs. Children with special educational needs and disabilities are able to access universal services that are available to everyone. There will be other specialist services which the child or young person can access if necessary.

Children's audiology service

Children’s Audiology is here to assess the hearing of all ages of children from birth through to school leaving age.

Targeted short break activities

Targeted short breaks is a service that offers activities for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

We will be consulting with parents, carers, young people and providers to learn more about how we can improve the service.

Over the coming months we will see a steady improvement in the way people access the service. We are committed to ensuring this service meets the needs of children and young people and their families.
